What is the Concierge / Talent-tier service?

Concierge is our most senior service, at £7,500. It contains everything in the End-to-End Writing package — the full application built from scratch — but with one decisive difference: the principal handles your case personally, from the first call to submission, rather than reviewing work produced by the team. You are not buying more documents; you are buying a different level of access and pace.

For a senior engineer, an engineering leader or a technical founder, the deciding factor is rarely whether the work can be done well. It is whether it can be done with your time, once, correctly, without a stream of drafts to manage. Concierge is built around that. It is the Exceptional Talent-tier experience for people who value their calendar more than the difference in fee.

What is included at £7,500?

Everything in the £4,500 End-to-End package is included, and then the handling is elevated. In practice that means the following.

  • Everything in End-to-End — CV and LinkedIn rewrite, the personal statement written from scratch, up to seven recommendation letters drafted, referee coordination, and up to ten evidence documents curated within the Home Office limit of ten documents at three sides of A4 each.
  • Principal-led throughout — the principal leads the strategy, the writing and the review personally, rather than signing off a team draft. One senior point of contact from start to finish.
  • Priority turnaround — your build is prioritised so that momentum is never lost waiting in a shared queue.
  • First-in-queue scheduling — calls, reviews and draft cycles are scheduled ahead of standard-tier work, around your availability.
  • Unlimited review rounds — we keep refining the statement, the letters and the evidence pack until they are right.
  • Submission and visa-stage support — help through the single GOV.UK Stage 1 endorsement form and, once endorsed, through the visa application itself.
  • One free reattempt support — because Concierge includes everything in End-to-End, it carries the same guarantee: one free reattempt support if the outcome goes against you.
On the guaranteeEnd-to-End, and therefore Concierge, includes one free reattempt support if the outcome goes against you. There is no refund policy — all service fees are non-refundable, and we say so plainly rather than implying otherwise.

How is Concierge different from the £4,500 End-to-End service?

The scope of documents is the same; the level of access is not. End-to-End is our most popular package because it builds the entire application to a high standard. Concierge exists for applicants who want the principal personally on the case, with the queue and the calendar arranged around them.

Who is the Concierge tier for?

Concierge is built for senior leaders and founders — the applicants who most often qualify for Exceptional Talent and who are the most time-poor. If you are a staff or principal engineer, an engineering manager, a technical founder, or a leader already in the UK on a Skilled Worker visa wanting freedom from sponsorship and the earlier settlement route, this tier is designed around how you actually work.

You are typically confident you qualify. What you do not have is the appetite to manage the process yourself: to write the personal statement, chase referees, argue individual impact out of team-level achievements, and assemble a ten-document pack that reads as senior. Concierge takes all of that off your desk and puts a single senior owner on it. If you are earlier in your career and applying for Exceptional Promise, the End-to-End or Done-with-you tiers are usually the better fit, and we will say so.

Talent or Promise?Settlement follows after three years for those endorsed as a leader (Exceptional Talent) and after five years as a potential leader (Exceptional Promise). Which route suits you is one of the first things the principal will confirm — read more on Talent versus Promise.

Why are places limited each month?

Because the principal cannot personally lead an unlimited number of cases at once without diluting the one thing you are paying for. The value of Concierge is senior attention and fast turnaround; both collapse if the tier is oversold. Capping the number of places taken each month is not a marketing device — it is the mechanism that keeps the promise honest.

The practical consequence is that availability moves. When the month's places are taken, the next opening is genuinely the next month. If your timing is driven by a visa-clock event — a sponsor change, a redundancy, or leave that is running down — it is worth enquiring early so that the priority turnaround actually lands inside your window. The endorsement decision itself usually takes five to eight weeks, so the sooner a strong application is submitted, the better.

How do I start?

There are two sensible ways in. If you already know you want the tier, enquire directly and we will confirm whether a place is open this month and take you through next steps. If you would first like an objective read on your profile, start with the £200 Fit Assessment: a scored, component-by-component report with a Talent-versus-Promise route recommendation and a 45-minute review call. It is credited in full to any package, including Concierge, within 14 days — so it is a low-risk way to confirm the tier is right before you commit.

Either way, the government fees stay in your hands. You pay the £561 endorsement fee, the £205 visa fee and the Immigration Health Surcharge directly to the Home Office; we never touch or mark up those payments. Our fee buys the work and the access, nothing else.

Frequently asked questions

The Concierge / Talent-tier is our £7,500 service. It includes everything in the End-to-End Writing package, but the principal handles your case personally throughout, with priority turnaround and first-in-queue scheduling. A limited number of places are taken each month so that the attention stays genuinely senior.

End-to-End (£4,500) already builds the entire application from scratch. Concierge (£7,500) adds a different level of access: the principal leads the work personally end to end rather than reviewing it, your case moves to the front of the queue, and turnaround is prioritised. It is for senior leaders and founders who want the principal on their case rather than a team.

Yes. Concierge includes everything in End-to-End, and End-to-End includes one free reattempt support if the outcome goes against you. There is no refund policy; all service fees are non-refundable, which we state plainly.

Because the principal cannot personally lead an unlimited number of cases at once without diluting the very thing you are paying for. Capping places each month is what keeps the attention senior and the turnaround genuinely fast.

Many senior applicants do. The £200 Fit Assessment gives a scored, component-by-component read of your profile and a route recommendation, and includes a 45-minute review call. It is credited in full to any package within 14 days, so it is a low-risk way to confirm Concierge is the right tier before you commit.
