The terms on which we provide our services. Please read them before purchasing.

These terms govern the services provided by UK Global Talent Visa ("we", "us") to you ("the client"). By purchasing or using our services you agree to them. Questions: hello@uk-global-talent-visa.com.
We provide eligibility assessment, coaching, and the preparation and review of application documents for the UK Global Talent Visa (Digital Technology route). We are not a law firm and do not provide regulated immigration legal advice. In the UK, immigration advice must be given by an adviser registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA, formerly OISC) or a qualified solicitor or barrister; where your case needs regulated advice we will tell you and can refer you to an appropriately regulated adviser. We are not affiliated with the Home Office or Tech Nation.
Endorsement and visa decisions are made solely by Tech Nation and the Home Office. We cannot and do not guarantee that you will be endorsed or granted a visa. Any success figures we publish are our own first-party records and are not a promise of your result. Our service-specific guarantees are set out in our Refund policy.
Our service fees are fixed and quoted before you commit (see Services & pricing Our process). Government fees (endorsement, visa and the Immigration Health Surcharge) are separate and paid by you directly to the Home Office; we do not mark these up. Payments are taken via our payment provider.
Refunds and our re-work guarantee are described in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Templates, frameworks and materials we provide remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your own application only. The content of this website may not be copied or republished without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by third parties (including Tech Nation and the Home Office) or for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
