From engagement to endorsed

1 Day 1 · Before

Kick-off & documents

You provide
  • Your current CV
  • Any existing materials, links and profiles
We line up your referees
  • We help you identify senior people — founders, C-level, recognised experts — who can credibly recommend your work
2 Week 1 · Phase 1

We build your documentation

  • Re-write your CV to evidence real impact
  • Draft your three recommendation letters (plus any supporting letters)
  • Write your personal statement
  • Refresh your LinkedIn & public profiles
  • Curate your evidence against the mandatory and optional criteria
  • Unlimited rounds of review until every document is endorsement-grade

Letters to referees for signature

We send the drafted recommendation letters to your referees to review and sign off — DocuSign-friendly, so it's quick and verifiable.
3 Week 2 · Phase 2

We prepare for submission

Consolidated into clean, correctly-formatted PDFs
  • CV & personal statement
  • Your 3 signed recommendation letters
  • Up to 10 evidence documents, each mapped to a criterion
  • Publications, sector contributions, and training / volunteering / mentoring
4 ~1 hour · Submit

We submit — with you

  • Complete the single GOV.UK Global Talent application (one form since August 2025)
  • Pay the endorsement fee
  • Upload your documents and submit
✓ 6–8 weeks · Decision

The endorsement decision

Tech Nation assesses your endorsement. Once you're endorsed, we guide you straight through the Home Office visa stage — and on toward settlement (3 years for Exceptional Talent, 5 for Promise).
