Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your information, and your rights under UK data-protection law.
Last updated: 7 June 2026
Who we are
UK Global Talent Visa ("we", "us") is a specialist consultancy helping applicants with the UK Global Talent Visa (Digital Technology route). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us at support@endorsa.uk.
What information we collect
- Contact details you give us via our enquiry, contact or notify forms (name, email, your role/field, message).
- Eligibility-assessment information you provide, including answers about your career and any documents you upload (such as your CV and evidence).
- Payment information when you buy a service — card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Basic technical data (e.g. anonymous usage and device information) needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information
We use it to assess your eligibility, prepare and review your application, respond to enquiries, take payment, and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (delivering services you request), your consent (e.g. enquiry forms and uploads), and our legitimate interests (running and improving the service).
Your documents and confidentiality
Documents you upload are used solely to assess and build your application. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your documents except with the providers needed to deliver our service (below) or where required by law.
Who we share data with
We use trusted third-party processors to operate the service — for example payment processing, email/scheduling, and secure hosting. This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers. We require processors to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@endorsa.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We aim to keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
